outreach team advisor (Outreach) Chandni Srinivasan Chandni is the Advisor (Outreach) of the International Institute of Crime and Security  Sciences (IICSS). She is an Independent Consultant with several years of experience in Prison Counselling and Reformation & Rehabilitation of Prisoners. She holds two Post degrees in Psychology (Tamil Nadu Open University) and Psychotherapy & Counselling (Indira Gandhi National Open University). She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Forensic Psychology (Sherlock Institute of Forensic Science) and Certificate courses in Anti Terrorism (Anti terrorism Accreditation Board, USA) and Rehabilitation and Sexual Exploitation of Women (PARI, New Delhi). She is an expert in Prison Counselling: Conducted programs in Jaipur Central Jail, Rajasthan; Psychologist in Puzhal Prisons, Chennai and counsells under trial and life term prisoners and have give Training on mental disorders; Worked with the Superintendant of prison in Jamshedpur Central Jail, Bokaro Jail, Daltonganj prisons, Jharkand; Visited the Prison in Daltonganj, provided Counselling Sessions to Female Prisoners, assisted the Superintendant of Prisons in day to day affairs of the Prison; Visted the Juvenile Justice home in Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Bokaro and also conducted sessions for Child Welfare Homes improving the Mental Health of Children. She is on the expert panel with Prison Reforms for developing a Module for Improving the Quality of Women Prisoners. She is a Board Member of Anti terrorism Accreditation Board, Arlington VA, USA. She completed her Training in Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 Awareness in Schools. She is a Visiting faculty at IIFS (Indian Institute of Forensic and Security Studies), Lucknow. She completed her training in Crime Scene Investigation from Sherlock Institute of Forensic Science, New Delhi. She worked with the Forensic Medicine Department in Stanley Medical College to frame questionnaires to help in investigation purpose of Rape and Acid Victims. She is a visiting Faculty in Madsaur university, Bhopal and undertook lectures on Forensic Medicine, Finger prints and Criminal Profiling. She is passionate in mentoring students in Forensic Psychology, Lie Detection, Criminal Profiling and Narco Analysis. coordinator (outreach) Dhanya Dhanya is the Administrative Assistant and Admission Counsellor of the International Institute of Justice and Police Sciences. She holds a Masters Degree in Science (MSc) in Criminology and Criminal Justice Science from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University Tamil Nadu, India. She has qualified in the University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test for Assistant Professorship. She gained her Undergraduate Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Botany from Kannur University (Nirmalagiri College), Kannur Kerala. She also holds a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree and has a diploma in Computer Application. She is also a certified Yoga Trainer. As a physical fitness aspirant, she is associated with Vatakara Physical Education Training Centre (VPTC) Kerala. In her previous position as a School Teacher, she has shared her insights related to Criminology and Yoga with regard to National Education Policy (NEP) to Vidyabharathi School Portal. She is a member of Indian Criminology and Forensic Association (ICFSA). Her past internship was in an NGO Anweshi Women's Counselling Centre, Kozhikode District Kerala. Her research interests include Spiritual Criminology, Positive Criminology & Victimology, and Yoga and Treatment of Victims and Offenders.
